Privacy Policy

reznico is a WhatsApp-based property listing tool operated by RealtyDoor ("reznico", "we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect when a broker uses reznico to create a listing, and when a visitor views a published listing page.

What we collect

From a broker using the WhatsApp bot to create a listing, we collect:

• Your WhatsApp phone number, used to identify and scope your listings — no separate account or password is created.
• The property details you send us during the guided conversation (address, price, type, bedrooms, bathrooms, size, description).
• The photos you send us for the listing.

From a visitor viewing a published listing page, we collect standard web request data (e.g. page views) needed to serve the page. We do not require visitors to create an account or submit personal details to view a listing.

How we use it

We use this data solely to generate and host your listing page, and to send you a shareable confirmation message on WhatsApp once a listing is published. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

How we store it

Listing details and conversation state are stored in a database operated on our behalf by Cloudflare. Photos are stored in Cloudflare object storage. Messaging is handled via the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Platforms, Inc.), which processes message content to deliver it to our systems — see Meta's own privacy policy for how they handle that data in transit.

What's public

Once a listing is published, its property details, photos, and the broker's contact information (phone number / WhatsApp link) are visible to anyone with the listing's link. This is the intended purpose of the product — brokers are sharing this information to advertise a property.
